My name is Simone Gallerani and I was born the 5th of October 1999 in Bologna.

2013 – 2018: Full marks diploma as electronic technician at “IIS N. Copernico A. Carpeggiani” in Ferrara.

2019: C1 english certificate + 4 weeks spent at ISCA School in Exeter, UK.

2019 – now: Degree as electronic engineer at Bologna university.

2021 – now: Full time Project Manager and General Manager at Gruppo Agile – real estate developer and architecture firm –

2019 – 2025: Municipal Councillor at San Pietro in Casale (BO)

From the end of 2020 to now I started working full time in real estate trading in my family business called Gruppo Agile. After some practice I founded a company with 4 other partners called Dinamica, to operate autonomously in the real estate market. As a Group we have 3 main divisions: Agile Studio which is an architecture firm, Agile Developer which is a real estate construction developer and offer property management services, Agile Finance which offer capital management services by proposing real estate investments through BrickUP, a real estate crowdfunding platform for found raising authorized by CONSOB of which Gruppo Agile is one of the majority shareholder. In 2022 BrickUP has raised over 1.8 million euros proposing 3 different real estate investment opportunities. I’m currently working on a project to create an Agile Finance capital collection financial product to be proposed through the BrickUP crowdfunding platform.

On December 2022 Gruppo Agile has become the shareholder of Stone 2020, a company authorized to trade NPL (Non Performing Loans) in general, according to the Italian law ex. art. 115 TULPS, and has started evaluating and buying real estate NPLs.

Right now my assigned tasks are: relations with banks (the group has an overall bank exposure of over 8 million euros, my task is to prepare presentations to convince the banks to finance our real estate projects; i prepare business plans, cash flows projections, sensitivity analysis and more), relations with clients that buys our apartments, general administration tasks, management of the employees, R&D to develop new projects (like Stone 2020) and found raising for BrickUP.

In 2018 I started buying and restoring tractors. It all started when my friend Nicola Barbieri asked me if I wanted to go help him in his workshop. He was working on his grandfather old Lamborghini tractor and from that day I fell in love with Lamborghini history. I went searching around to buy my very first tractor and when I found it I started doing my first restoration, all by myself with no experience. From 2018 I’ve continued to restore producing around two tractors per year and rising the quality of my works every time, improving myself and my tecniques.
This experience brought me to various vintage car shows and I’ve had relationships with lots of extra UE people. It also initiated me to the world of work and forced me to become an enterpreneur and improve my skills day after day.

In May 2019 I’ve been elected as municipal councillor from 2020 to 2025 at the city of San Pietro in Casale (BO).

This experience teached me a lot. I’ve learned to work in group and to express my opinion and listen for others without fighting to be right, I’ve learned to make arrangements with my group and I’ve created a lot of relationships.

In June 2017 I’ve founded a Fablab called Fablabreno, situated in Pieve di Cento (BO), in collaboration with Gianluca Gallerani, Bartolomeo Vultaggio and the startup incubator VZ19. The fablab has been part of the ER regional fablab network in 2019 and has worked in collaboration with some schools of our territory. Fablabreno unfortunately has now shut down.

Thanks to Fablabreno I’ve developed nice technical skills in using 3D printers and laser cutters, programming Arduino and Raspberry, holding relations with schools and other entities and holding training courses to kids.

Thanks to the relationships created through Fablabreno I held teaching courses from 2018 to 2020 in primary school during summer camps and ordinary school periods to kids from 6 to 12 years old. I’ve teached various subjects such as 3D drawing (Tinkercad) and 3D printing, electronic (I’ve teached kids how to create a simple circuit with LED and cardboard and the basic concept of current flow), robotic and coding (scratch) and tinkering.
